Active-duty service members and veterans are eligible for these offers and discounts.
How do I verify my military or veteran status?
You’ll just need a valid military ID, veteran card, or other approved documentation and military branch when availing of these discounts
What other perks are included?
When signing up for internet services, you have the option to avail of a $20 SIM Kit for free! This will help you get connected while we set you up in your home. You can avail of the SIM Kit at any of our DOCOMO PACIFIC retail stores listed above.
Is a contract required?
Yes, a contract is required dependent on the service you sign up for:
- 12-Month contract required for Unlimited FLOW Premier, DOCOMO PACIFIC Internet a la carte and LINK bundles.
- 24-Month contract required for Fiber Internet plans.
What happens if I am called to serve?
Can I get a military discount if I’m already a DOCOMO PACIFIC customer?
How do I renew my military discount?
Eligible members may need to visit DOCOMO PACIFIC with valid military documentation to continue receiving their discount.
