Our Network
As the Marianas’ largest quad-play provider and a wholly owned subsidiary of NTT DOCOMO, DOCOMO PACIFIC connects island communities with a modern, resilient network that serves residential, enterprise, government, military, and first-responder customers. Today, we deliver award-winning Mobile, Online, Entertainment, and Telephone services, including multi-gig Fiber Internet with speeds of up to 5 Gbps symmetrical, 5G LTE coverage, and the dTV+ app; all designed to meet island needs with reliability and value.
We have expanded our fiber footprint across the Marianas, rolled out faster internet speeds at no additional cost, strengthened reliability, and opened a local Call Center in Saipan, creating jobs and elevating local service. Those milestones, along with rebuilt trust and rising customer satisfaction, reflect both smart investments and the passion of a purpose-driven team. Our enterprise suite, encompassing managed services, FirstNet, MaxTrack fleet tracking, Unified Communications 365, and carrier services, ensures businesses and first responders have the tools they need as we continue to bring Tomorrow's Islands, Today.
