Who is eligible for Student Stater?

Student Starter is available to students:

  • Ages 18 and below
  • Enrolled in an accredited public (DOE), private, charter, or DoDEA school in Guam or CNMI.

Acceptable documents include:

  • A valid Student ID
  • An Enrollment Verification Form
  • A current Class Schedule
  • Most Recent Student Report Card

Student Starter is allowed for one (1) mobile line per eligible verification document.
